ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) – Local leaders are looking for ways to help Ithaca-Tompkins International Airport.

Officials say consultants have been analyzing various aspects of the airport in hopes of increasing revenue. The customs facility is reportedly facing financial challenges.

Officials are considering seeking help from Cornell or other companies with international travel needs.

In other financial news, the Ithaca City School District has a large budget proposal.
